Participant Waiver and Acknowledgment(Required)

By registering for and participating in the USAWKF Taijiquan Coach Certification Training, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in this training is voluntary and that Taijiquan involves physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. I choose to participate at my own risk.
2. Health and Safety
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this training. I will practice within my own abilities, stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical advice when appropriate.
3. Online Training
I understand that this course is conducted online and that instructors cannot provide hands-on supervision or corrections. I am responsible for ensuring that I practice in a safe environment with adequate space and free of hazards.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless the United States of America Wushu Kungfu Federation (USAWKF), its officers, instructors, volunteers, and organizers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my voluntary participation in this training, except where prohibited by law.
5. Course Materials
I understand that all course materials, recordings, and instructional content are the intellectual property of USAWKF or the respective instructors and are provided for my personal educational use only. I will not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share these materials without prior written permission.
6. Certification Requirements
I understand that participation in this training does not, by itself, guarantee coach certification. Certification is granted only after all applicable USAWKF requirements have been successfully completed.
